Return & Refund Policy

At ERVERTE Paris, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return any item purchased from ERVERTE Paris within the applicable return period, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • The item is returned in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are included.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

2. Return Period

Customers located in the European Union benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date of delivery.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@erverte.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@erverte.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return (optional)

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For returns under the European Union's right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if the return results from:

  • A defective product

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect shipment

ERVERTE Paris will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-refundable

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
