2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET/CEST – Paris time) will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Timeframes

France

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom & Switzerland

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

No minimum purchase is required.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

To ensure reliable and efficient delivery, we work with trusted international carriers, including:

The carrier used may vary depending on the destination and service availability.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
