Shipping policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

ERVERTE ships internationally to destinations made available at checkout.

The availability of delivery to a particular country or territory may depend on carrier coverage, the products ordered, customs requirements, applicable laws and ERVERTE's current Shopify shipping configuration.

A destination can only be selected for delivery where it is available at checkout at the time the Order is placed.

The delivery options, applicable shipping method and any available delivery estimate shown at checkout for the Customer's destination take precedence over general information contained in this policy.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

ERVERTE offers free standard shipping to destinations for which free standard delivery is displayed at checkout.

Where another delivery method, including an express or premium service, is available, its price will be displayed before the Customer confirms the Order.

Free shipping does not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by authorities or third parties outside ERVERTE.

Such charges are addressed in Section 5 below.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally prepared within up to two (2) business days, Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.

This processing period concerns preparation of the Order before dispatch and is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders placed outside normal processing days begin processing on the next applicable business day.

A different processing period may apply to personalised, made-to-order, pre-order or exceptional products where this is disclosed before purchase.

If an unexpected event affects preparation or dispatch, ERVERTE will provide the Customer with appropriate information and any rights or options required under applicable law.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier, delivery method and local delivery network.

Where Shopify or the selected carrier provides an estimated delivery period for the Customer's destination, that estimate may be displayed during checkout or following dispatch.

The delivery estimate applicable to the Customer's Order and destination, where displayed at checkout, takes precedence over any general estimate published elsewhere on the Website.

Transit time begins after the Order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Customs procedures, public holidays, carrier disruptions, weather events, local circumstances and other events outside ERVERTE's reasonable control may affect estimated delivery times.

Any estimate is without prejudice to mandatory statutory delivery deadlines or to a more favourable delivery commitment expressly agreed with the Customer.

If ERVERTE cannot deliver within an applicable contractual or statutory period, the Customer retains all remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

5. TAXES, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

The total amount payable to ERVERTE, including taxes and delivery charges collected by ERVERTE, is displayed before the Customer confirms the Order.

For deliveries within the European Union, applicable VAT is handled according to the tax rules applicable to the Order and delivery destination.

For destinations outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties, brokerage charges or other local taxes and fees may apply.

Where such charges are collected by ERVERTE at checkout, they will be included or identified before the Order is confirmed.

Where such charges are not collected by ERVERTE, they may be payable separately to customs authorities, the carrier or another competent third party.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, import charges that are not collected by ERVERTE remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Nothing in this section transfers to the Customer any tax or charge that ERVERTE is legally required to bear.

6. CARRIERS AND TRACKING

ERVERTE selects the carrier according to the destination, parcel characteristics and delivery service available for the Order.

Once an Order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation containing tracking information will be sent where tracking is available.

Carrier tracking systems may require up to 24–48 hours after dispatch to display the first tracking update.

This period relates solely to carrier tracking activation and is not a customer-service response deadline.

If tracking information remains unavailable or appears incorrect, the Customer may contact:

contact@erverte.com

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CHANGES

The Customer must verify the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details before confirming the Order.

If an error is identified after the Order has been placed, the Customer should contact ERVERTE as soon as possible.

ERVERTE will make reasonable efforts to correct delivery information before dispatch, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once an Order has entered the carrier's network.

Any additional delivery cost resulting from a Customer-requested change or an incorrect address will only be charged where legally permitted and where the Customer has been informed accordingly.

Customers will not be charged for correcting an error attributable to ERVERTE.

8. DELAYED OR UNDISPATCHED ORDERS

If ERVERTE becomes aware that an applicable dispatch or delivery commitment cannot be met, ERVERTE will inform the Customer and provide appropriate information about the revised delivery situation and available rights.

Where applicable law requires the Customer's agreement to an additional delivery period, that agreement will be requested.

Silence will not be treated as consent where express agreement is legally required.

Where ERVERTE is unable to fulfil the Order, amounts due to the Customer will be refunded without undue delay and within any applicable statutory deadline.

Nothing in this Policy limits a Customer's right to cancel an Order because of a delivery failure where the conditions for cancellation under applicable law are satisfied.

9. LOST PARCELS AND DELIVERY DISPUTES

If an Order appears to have been lost, or carrier tracking shows the parcel as delivered but the Customer has not received it, the Customer should contact:

contact@erverte.com

ERVERTE will investigate the issue with the carrier and may request reasonable information necessary to determine what occurred.

A carrier tracking status stating that a parcel was delivered does not by itself prevent the Customer from disputing receipt.

Where ERVERTE remains responsible for the parcel, ERVERTE will provide the remedy required under applicable law, which may include replacement or refund.

The Customer is not required to resolve a claim directly with ERVERTE's carrier as a condition of exercising statutory rights against ERVERTE.

10. DAMAGED, INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel and Products following delivery.

If a Product is damaged, missing, incomplete or incorrect, the Customer should contact:

contact@erverte.com

as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs of the parcel, shipping label and relevant Products may assist ERVERTE in investigating the issue.

Where practical, packaging should be retained while the issue is assessed.

Failure to make a reservation with the carrier or report an issue within 48 hours does not automatically remove the Customer's statutory rights.

Necessary return or replacement costs resulting from damage, non-conformity or an error attributable to ERVERTE will be covered by ERVERTE where required under applicable law.

11. TRANSFER OF RISK

For consumer Orders, the risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to the Customer when the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products, where required by applicable law.

Where the Customer independently appoints a carrier that ERVERTE did not offer, the applicable statutory rules determine when risk transfers.

Delivery instructions provided by the Customer, including requests to leave a parcel in a particular place, do not automatically waive mandatory consumer rights.

12. FAILED DELIVERY, UNCOLLECTED OR REFUSED PARCELS

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or make the parcel available at a collection point.

The Customer should follow the instructions and deadlines communicated by the carrier.

If a parcel is returned to ERVERTE, ERVERTE may contact the Customer to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include redelivery or cancellation depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Any proposed additional redelivery charge will be disclosed before it is accepted by the Customer and will only apply where legally permitted.

ERVERTE does not impose an automatic forfeiture of the full Order value solely because a parcel was uncollected or refused.

Refusing or failing to collect a parcel does not necessarily constitute a valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Where the Customer wishes to withdraw, the Customer should clearly communicate that decision using the available withdrawal procedure or by contacting:

contact@erverte.com

13. RETURNS

Return conditions, free-return arrangements where applicable, statutory withdrawal rights and refund procedures are described in ERVERTE's Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should follow the return instructions provided by ERVERTE.

Products should not be returned to ERVERTE's registered office unless ERVERTE specifically instructs the Customer to do so.

Unless otherwise instructed, the operational return address is:

ERVERTE SAS
220 Avenue de la Californie
06200 Nice
France

14. CONSUMER RIGHTS

This Shipping Policy must be read together with ERVERTE's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Mandatory consumer legislation always prevails.

Nothing in this Policy restricts a more favourable delivery commitment expressly provided to the Customer when the Order was placed.

Consumers retain all mandatory protections and remedies available under the law applicable to them, including rights relating to delayed delivery, non-delivery, damaged goods, non-conforming goods and refunds.
